Your tickets might have gone to your spam folder! Please check your SPAM folder first. Especially hotmail and outlook users often find emails in their spam folder.
Important: Don't just look in your JUNK/SPAM folder in your email application on your phone or computer, but also log in to your email provider's website (i.e. www.hotmail.com, www.outlook.com) via a web browser (like safari or google chrome) and check the spam folder.
Warning: If your tickets went to the spam folder please mark your emails as NOT SPAM and move the tickets to your inbox, if you fail to do so your email provider will delete your tickets after a few days.
No, purchased tickets cannot be reimbursed, as stated in the terms and conditions, all sales are final. There are no exceptions! Nevertheless your tickets can be used by another person or sold to another person. Tickets are valid for the first person that scans the QR Code.
Yes, you can give your tickets to someone else. The QR code on each ticket gives entry to whoever scans it first.
No, if there are no more tickets in stock the event is sold out.
Yes you can, but you would have to contact the venue that is hosting the event. Cake does not manage VIP table bookings.
If you have questions, enquiries, lost and found issues and so on, please contact the venue directly. We don't have an answer for those types of questions.
All events on Cake are 2G COVID CHECK events. You must bring an official certificate with a QR Code that shows that you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19. Tests are not accepted. You also need to bring a valid ID.
If your event was postponed due to Covid restrictions by the government your tickets will remain valid for the new date. No action is required from your part.
No Cake does not offer a ticket sales service for third parties.
