No, purchased tickets cannot be reimbursed, as stated in the terms and conditions, all sales are final. There are no exceptions! Nevertheless your tickets can be used by another person or sold to another person. Tickets are valid for the first person that scans the QR Code.
No, if there are no more tickets in stock the event is sold out.
Yes, you can give your tickets to someone else. The QR code on each ticket gives entry to whoever scans it first.
Yes you can, but you would have to contact the venue that is hosting the event. Cake does not manage VIP table bookings.
If you have questions, enquiries, lost and found issues and so on, please contact the venue directly. We don’t have an answer for those types of questions.
From 16th July 2021 it is no longer possible to do an antigen rapid test on site.
All events on Cake are COVID CHECK events. If you cannot show us a QR Code that proves that you are fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19, you need to show us an official certificate or QR Code that proves that you have tested negative for Covid-19.
Other official certificates (Ministry, Communes, Pharmacies) are of course also valid. PCR Tests are valid for 72 hours, Antigen rapid tests are valid for 48 hours.
Antigen Rapid tests cannot be done at the venue, you need a QR Code or an official certificate!
