Your tickets might have gone to your spam folder! Please check your SPAM folder first. Especially hotmail and outlook users often find emails in their spam folder.
Important: Don’t just look in your JUNK/SPAM folder in your email application on your phone or computer, but also log in to your email provider’s website (i.e. www.hotmail.com, www.outlook.com) and check the spam folder.
Warning: If your tickets went to the spam folder please mark your emails as NOT SPAM and move the tickets to your inbox, if you fail to do so your email provider will delete your tickets after a few days.
